International Human Resources Management Experts required!
Our experience shows, that most of senior experts - even highly experienced project professionals are used and prefer to work in “classical” manner, being careful with innovative techniques and modern information exchange technologies. In simple words, not everybody is ready to start with a challenging task - working collectively in less confident for the moment - virtual environment, even during the process of project application development. Nevertheless, during first hours of practice of virtual teamwork, all the team members (with a very few exceptions) realize, that typical modern information exchange in a real time tools and technologies are quite simple to use and there is no need for additional efforts to master comfortable communication in a real time. And finally, usage of virtual environment is definitely a very effective time and money consuming policy for the whole project team and project members individually.

An Arab proverb says, "We don't know who discovered water, but we are sure that it wasn't a fish." Culture is pervasive and even more transparent in virtual working than in face-to-face collaboration.
In cyberspace, we know even less about what we don’t know and how it may show up unexpectedly. When the project team members or sub-teams are on different continents, in other countries, and separated by time zones, the challenge grows. In such cases,

- There are new intercultural dimensions to the activities involved in the virtual work processes themselves. Virtual project teams create their own culture as well as borrowing from as well as confronting the specific national or organizational cultures.
- Specific cultural challenges arise to the creation, formation and maintenance of relationships of individual workers and teams that will take place largely at a distance.
